step one Step Three - Click on a handy Color Tool to see which colors are
easiest to read or look best with with your selected background.

Use the Color Picker tool to see a block of color from the two palettes,
Web Colors and Named Colors. You can then choose "sliders"
within this tool to adjust the selected color to the exact one you want.

Use the Text Colors tool to see text in both normal and bold.
